HELP! GT Measurement info needed!!

Guys,

In order to determine which bay of my garage to dedicate to the shrine that will become my GT ! I need to know one critical measurement - i.e how far the driver's door opens at it's widest point!

In other words - measuring from the side of the car (wheels, or rear 3/4 panel) - how far out does the door extend beyond the side of the car when it is opened to it's widest extent??

Allow for 48". That's what my tape measure just told me.
