It appears to be Canadian. But, I don't know how different it could be.

It looks like a later style hood which has a smooth inside. Most of the earlier hoods had exposed fiberglass mat that was painted black. I can't see the studs on the front corners. I would make sure they are there if you plan to use it !!!
