Formatting when I select "New Posts" page

The page that displays "New Posts" seems to have lost its formatting? (at least on my computer).
When I select/open a new post all looks normal?

That's how I use the forum. Maybe a corrupted cache entry. With it open, do CTRL+F5 to force a reload.

Its okay now...and I did nothing (I swear).
