There aren't many of these around. I have only seen four ever for sale. There are two versions, this one which is polished and another that is unpolished. I believe they were given out at the introduction of the car in 2004.

Correct- they were part of the introductory press kit. They came in a velvetly holder bag, with the coctail recipe and the press kit paperwork
