I did a search on the forum without any luck.

What is the current value of a Canadian GT vs a domestic GT (assuming a similar car)?

Wondering if there are any differences in the market just in case I find the right one north of the border...Thx!

None sans the McIntosh. Only 'issue' would be re-importing it back in the US which I don't believe is really an issue.

Canadian cars definitely bring less money than US cars in the US. It has always been this way. Expect a Canadian car to be 10% - 15% cheaper

don't know why that is. But seems ridiculous to me. Heck they are both made in the USA. Plus the extra bumper section is $6000 US to buy if you need a replacement.

Exactly. It's the same car! Metric gauges, bumper and no Mac the only differences??

difference is,,, a few french/english labels. no mac available. option wheels are standard (base wheels not available). rear bumper extension (but removable) and higher density foam in front nose. daytime running lights enabled (can be disabled through software). gauges read the same except have illustration instead of word description..."fuel" vs "image of a gas pump" etc...
i think that's all.

Exactly, there are differences. Hence, less value. Most want every option & no stories!

You guys can argue this until you are blue in the face, but a Canadian car brings LESS money in the US, then a car that was originally built for sale in the US. It's always been that way. Wish it wasn't, but it is!!!

I'd say he's the one that know above all others. I can drive over the bridge and buy a GT cheaper? shoot, I didn't know that! lol

Us Canadians have always been screwed on vehicle prices. Life goes on

in 20 years it will be a moot point. there will be so few cars for sale,,one would be happy to buy from either country just to own one.
