AZ has a great half mile event this weekend. I have been there twice. It is an excellent venue and incredible cars. The drive to Gila Bend (southwest of Phoenix) is half the fun. Nice twisty roads going through the Maricopa AZ route. http://www.omegamotorsport.com/noflyzone-arizona
I was there! Sorry I didn't post sooner but I haven't been on this forum in awhile. Everyone was running about 8mph off normal due to a crazy head wind plus it was hot as well out there.
