I had a vision last year of building a totally lightweight CLK..for much less than a factory black series..2007 time consuming Full steel widebody, custom alacantra interior stripped out for weight from sound deadening to carpeting, custom everything from recaro race seats to steering wheel, door panels etc. highest level of quality. With direct guidance from Renntech their braking system, headers, ecu, meaty 18" tires and wide wheels, a Renntech tuned PSS9 suspension, custom undertray and true dual exhaust. alot of time.. close to a year and more money than expected.. 33,000 my cost this on top of 52000 for base car..were put into this project all very top quality. Car has 400 miles and is completely sorted out. This car outperforms Black series...If anyone is interested I could direct them to my friend who put this killer together for complete detailed information on build and pictures. I decided to sell her due to GTR purchase. I am willing to take a large hit to move it since my GTR is on the way...any offers or interest?
