AC controls

So my 05 AC control works, but the lights around the knobs don't. Read in the service manual that if the lights don’t work, to replace the control. Anyone know if it can be serviced or if Vintage Air, who produced it can service it or if they have them?

The lights are LEDs on the control board under the knob, which is why the procedure is to replace the module. You could try to unsolder and replace the LED, or find a way to mount a couple generic LEDs very close to, or on, the board to illuminate the knob. I fixed a Nakamichi cassette deck that way once.

It is not the LED. It is some insanely expensive module. GTGuy has a workaround.
