    Fatal OC Ferrari Wreck

wow..... The F-Car literally ripped in half, separated by a good 50 ft, and the passenger compartment nowhere to be found. It makes me think about the times I've been stupid for speeding excessively, but never DUI.... RIP Charles....

    gt smog legal in ca?

Either the dealer will have to do a full reset on the computer to fully clear the codes, or you'll have to complete a ODBII drive cycle. It is a royal pain in the real to do, so taking it to the dealer may be the easiest. Click here for the complete Ford ODBII drive cycle...

Raphie, Belive it or not, there are hyrdaulic lifters under the Cams. There are also rocker arms of sorts. The Cams do not directly contact the valves, but are driven thru a cam follower and lifter of sorts. Not like an F-car or L-car where the cam lobes directly drive the valves. On the...

It could be lifters not being pumped up too. My R does it for a few minutes as the oil gets up to the lifer bores. Justa side effect of running the heavy oil, but since most are running synthetic, it drains down easily too... In any event, been told it's nothing to worry about..

    Parts Shortage

Some of the parts shortages can be attributed to the Mustang/Lightning crowd, etc. Up to a year or so ago, anyone could go to Ford and buy GT parts for whatever reason. I was one of them looking for intercooler/head parts for my Cobra R. Since until the GT500 came along. The GT was the...

    pricing

The only reason that parts for F or L cars is so expensive is because the Dealers can charge what they do, and the uneducated don't think twice about it. I'm one of thos poor L car owners, and cannot afford to pay $ 2000 for a tune up on my Diablo. (Plugs, Plug wires, dist cap and rotor). So...
