I agree. I just ordered front shocks for my 2005 GT. Ordering was seamless. Parts arrived three days later. I have never waited over a week for parts except an air conditioning pump. The pump came directly from the manufacturer in Florida and took about ten days. The dealer makes the difference.

Ford dealers do not get printed shop manuals either. Repair manuals for all cars and trucks are on-line or a CD Rom.
