Has the "rear main seal leak" problem been resolved on new builds? Does anyone have details as to what cars were affected, how the affected cars are to be repaired and what was done to new builds to insure there will not be a problem? Steve

I suspect you used tubular slip on insulation that is sliced down one side and slipped it on???Did you get it at plumbing supply or a Home Depot type store?? Tx Steve

Analogdesigner.....have you thought to use a 2 piece plexi sandwich approach ( like insulated glass)...would really help w/ transmitted noise and heat....will an air spaced plexi sandwich be too thick??you could have piece that attaches to the bezel be larger than the piece twoards the engine...

One more thought...would be good to have an on/off miniture slide switch in the wiring lead to allow light to be turned off or on.....easy enough to add but, easy to include if you are develo[ing a kit....or does the lamp itself have an intregal switch...how bout a pic of the lamp assy??? Steve

Barondw.......not to be a wise guy but, my Superformance Cobra replica has buckets (as per original) that do not have seatback rake adjust....nor did the original GT40's or replica GT40's for tha matter.....I really didn't notice when I was @ the dealer ..... Steve
