I was told the same thing and never did anything about it. Was told it is a common occurrence/characteristic along with the odor of coolant from the driver’s side at temp. Not sure if there have been any updates. Haven’t noticed any negative impacts. My fan comes on at 189-192 consistently.

Has anyone 3D printed these clamshell vents before? Would be a nice lower cost option.

Does anyone have the dimensions for the door roundels?

I thought it sounded odd as well but I do work for Ford and that’s actually who (concierge) told me. I even had the dealership check it out and there was no leak. Go figure.

Does anyone have the dimensions and font for the door roundel on the NFGT? I’m thinking of adding a removable static roundel to my car? Thanks

I have the same odor on mine (2019 Carbon Series) and was told it was a characteristic of the cars due to location of intercoolers near driver’s door. Primarily noticed odor upon exiting vehicle after car has reached operating temp.

Interestingly enough, I just took out my ‘05 for a quick drive and noticed my right turn signal on the dash was blinking faster than the left dash signal. After checking, I discovered the right front turn signal in the headlight is not working. This bums me out. Where can I find a replacement...
