Looking for a 350r allocation

R prices continue to fall. Negotiated a deal for $5k over and then my wife told me I couldnt get a black car:facepalm: Working on red and blue cars now. Have inquiries into over 40 dealers from MD to TX. Close to a deal for Race Red at $6k ADM.

White and black cars in TX going at MSRP or up to $5k over. One sold Friday below sticker due to a misprice.

If anyone wants some guidance, PM me and I'll share my research.

One dealer in Louisville wanted $130k for their car. I suggested that I'd sell them ten cars at $90k each. They didn't respond back.

Edit: only looking at electronics package cars

BTW, there is a new, black, electronics package car on Ebay for $75k in Florida.

It shows quite a few Rs at MSRP, but whether that's the real price when you get to their door is another question.

I think now is a sweet spot to get an R; if 2018 production is cut by roughly one-half, then I think the prices will start to climb soon. I think that finding an R between sticker and $5K over may be realistic now (especially in mid-west states with weather coming), but that "stock is rising" and I do not believe it will be long after the 2017 inventory has been sold that the 2018's will be in the $5-$10K+ range again...

Production for MY 2018 to be a short run. Dealers ADM's will probably be higher than 2017, I would guess.

Been debating this with folks on the GT350 Owners group on Facebook. Yes, the production run (and numbers) will be shorter. But I suspect demand is not increasing. So if demand is fixed and supply is increasing, I would expect prices to continue to fall. Though I believe a lot of people have $5k ADM in their mind as a reasonable mark up, so I think that will be a short term floor in the pricing.

Lots of dealers scaring people into buying NOW because of the decreased production numbers.

Awesome. That site would have saved me a bunch of time.

Finally pulled the trigger on a Lightning Blue R.

GT350R.jpg

Flying to Houston to drive it back in a couple weeks.

Lots of Rs to be found at $5k ADM. Planet Ford, where I got this one, had 4 Rs at $5k ADM, some 2018s. Seems to be a glut of Rs in south Texas. Last I searched, there were 26 Rs within a 200 mile radius of Corpus Christi.

Still plenty of dealers north of $20k ADM though.

I have my spreadsheet of dealers I contacted and prices if anyone is interested

congrats i paid 5 over with mine.

Congratulation to all who are buying their R's for close to MSRP. Thanks for sharing the research. This site is super helpful.

Give us some good reviews of the car! I’m itching for one but would have to get rid of the whippled 500kr I just bought.

Congradulations Bill I know you've been shopping hard and you got what you wanted all along. Can't wait to see it

Congratulations on the new car!

And PM sent...

Such a beauty. I'm drooling here too!

Thanks everyone! Cant wait to pick her up.

Another tip: lots of dealers have $20k ADM on their web sites but when you inquire about an internet price, many will come back with $10k ADM or less, which can be negotiated from there. I initially ignored the dealers with $20k ADM on their web sites, which was a mistake. Also, there is a "Ford Shelby GT350 Owners" group on Facebook where many good deals get posted.

Give a good review after a few miles

Big public shout out for BtwoG!!! Put me onto a 2017 white / blue stripe GT350R (to match my GT) at MSRP plus 5K. No haggling, working to finish paperwork today!
