Saw the hotel listed on the rally site a few days ago, so we got our reservations called in Friday morning.

The lady was very accommodating and it went real smooth.

Looking forward to something closer to home this year.

Their should be trailer parking in the lot on the other side of the parking garage in front of the hotel, but no security I guess. World headquarters would have bin real nice for sure.

Just completed my hotel reservation via phone. Heidi & will arrive early as we know the festivities won't just start on Tuesday! We arrive Aug 22 Saturday & check out August 30 Sunday. I know there are plans underway for a pre-Rally & post-Rally so I'm waiting to hear about those before I make airline reservations. My GT is at the GT Guys so the Rally may be when I pick it up.

PS I am a Ritz/Marriott member but no discounts available during our stay. Our Rally room rates are a great savings over the regular rate. They offer a 10% AAA discount for the days we are staying outside the Rally blocked dates.

I think there's a pretty good probability we'll wind up in the HQ lot, but I don't want to make a guarantee right now.

When I went to the hotel to sign some stuff the hotel manager came by to make sure I understood the could not accommodate trailers on site. Sounded like they had a trailer issue previously.
