I don't have a new one to measure but my understanding is that these were pulled off brand new or low mileage cars at the dealer for a "performance package" they were doing just after the cars came out, before people realized the stock clutch is all you need. It looks to be in great shape to me.

Your problem is likely just related to the belt, not a bearing or tensioner. I have the exact same problem, and so do many others with older Whipples. You'll want to replace the belt but the problem will reappear if you don't address the actual problem. As Evan Guyett found, the Whipple...
