    Opinions needed , aventador

I had the 3rd Aventador imported into the US in Oct 2011. Of the five Lambos I have owned--it was my least favorite. If you are looking for a more "watered down", more civil driving experience, it is great. But it does not personify what I would call the "lambo" driving experience--which is raw...

PPI for a Carrera GT in the Houston area

The cars do compliment each other very well. Driving the CGT is a challenge, but an extremely rewarding one at that. It will definitely get your heart pumping! Any Porsche dealer with a certified CGT tech should be able to do a thorough PPI for you. Good luck!!!!!!

    Dyno run after mods.....

93 pump gas, not sure what boost it was running at, but the 2.75in pulley adds about 3 psi above stock

    Dyno run after mods.....

Here is a video of my car on the dyno while it was being tuned after addition of Borla long tube headers (married up to FRPP exhaust already on the car) Accufab dual blade TB, Steeda pulley, K&N drop-ins, and custom tune by TopSpeed. The motor proved to be strong on the baseline run, but we were...

I am really close to pulling trigger on Aventador

I had the 3rd Aventador imported into the US (flown in) and delivered in Oct 2011. It's a fun car, but I only kept it a few months (although I did put 2,000 mi on it including 300mi at Road Atlanta). It is definitely more of a showpiece than a drivers car. I've also owned a white 2008...

New Owner of 2006 Midnight Blue

As I mentioned in my post before, I owned one of the first Aventadors in the country. I put 2,000 mi on it in 7 weeks (including 350mi on the track at Road Atlanta). It was a fun car to drive, but had moved too far down the digital spectrum for me. It did not have the raw emotion of the earlier...

Thanks! There is another red CGT in Alpharetta also, so it could have been me or that one. Mine has AWE straight pipes on it that you can hear from a mile away--so that is one way to distinguish us! My lifts came from Needham Equipment in Cumming.

The GT3RS is for the track and is perfect there! The S8 is APR tuned to 670hp/679tq and runs a 3.1 to 60 and 10.9 in the 1/4 at 126mph--it's the ultimate wolf in sheeps clothing!! As for the LP670SV--I absolutely love it! I had the 3rd Aventador in the country back in Oct of 2011 and I traded it...

Thanks you guys for the compliments and for making me feel so welcome. I am in the Atanta area and the lifts are Rotary brand! Thanks again!

I just picked up a 1,096 mi 4 option 2006. I've only driven it for about 50mi but I can tell I will thoroughly enjoy the ownership experience and it fits in well with my other cars. Glad to be part of this forum and have already found a wealth of information on here!
