    2016 FORD GT Gallery

I'm not much of an internet poster but, after seeing this car, I've gotta say...... There are very few things in life where all the stars align. The design of this car is one of them. I know the internet is generally the place for whining and moaning (probably why I don't post much) so let me...

    Storing car......

Thanks for all the responses. I had the oil changed at the dealer but I will certainly look Kendall up the next time I need something done. Shelby, I'm hoping to keep the car (along with my Z8) for as long as I'm around. But, you're right, I should drive it more often!

    Storing car......

Thanks everyone. I'm gonna call Kendall. My days of screwing around with expensive cars are over with. I need the time to practice my spelling........ obviously.

    Storing car......

Empty, Thanks for the response. I know the general concensus is 1 year. I guess I'm looking for someone to say "as long as you're driving it, a couple of years is fine". I guess I'm getting a flatbed........ Hmmmmmm, unless of course one of the guys who works on cars on the site could do a...

    Storing car......

I have a low mileage '06 that I drive about 1x a month (20 minutes or so). Any thoughts on maximum length of time between oil changes? I'm putting the car on non-op for a while so, unless I get a flat bed, taking it for an oil change is problematic. I know you smart guys are wondering how I...

    Car help,

I had to laugh at the "you don't want a daily driver as a daily driver" comment. You're probably right! I saw an Aston Martin DB9 yesterday and I thought, that's a pretty nice looking car! Anyone know anything about the current Aston ownership group? Who can service them in So Cal? Any opinions...

    Car help,

A nice 10k mile R8 seems to be around 105. As for the power, I agree. It's togh to pay 100k + for a car with a RS4 engine. Especially as RS4's are very soft. This is probably the R8's biggest drawback. Any input on a CLK63 Black?

    Car help,

I'm not one for doing a lot of posting but I really appreciate the thoughts so I'm gonna go further on the subject. Hopefully some people will share my interest on the topic. Also, I'm not a great writer (like so many others on this forum) and lack a certain amount of political correctness. So...

    Car help,

I apologize if this question (or a variation) has been posted but here goes.... I'm deciding on my next car and would love some opinions. I already have a track car and a couple exotics. Here's what I need/want: 1. 75k price (ish) 2. Every day car, driven about 100miles a week 3. Fun 4. 2...

    A GT Quandry

A, I currently have a GT, '06 Viper and a Z8. Some observations.... My wife Hates the Viper, thinks the GT is "cool" and absolutely LOVES the Z8. It's not just luggage space or a different door, the Z8 is way superior in comfort and useability vs. the other 2. Now, as a dude, I prefer the GT...

Heritage Owners -- number or no number ??

For whatever it's worth, I didn't do a number. The previous owner "filled in" the center space (under the door) and I like the look. Also, I'm of the opinion that, if it's not a race car, it shouldn't have a number. Just my opinion though and no disrespect to anyone else's beliefs.

    Reggie Jackson buys a GT

For whatever it's worth, I've met the man and seen his "personality" in action with others. Come to think of it, I'll leave it at that.

    Denver ski resort recommendations?

Well, I'd suggest Mammoth in California but that's not an answer to your question. Regarding Colorado, let me try to sum up some of your choices.... A-Basin-Steep, out of the way and 1960's funky Aspen area-Fly in. 4 completely different mountains. Snowmass is probably best for a family...

    Never Give Up...

KJ, Please tell your son thanks from Westlake Village. Did he ever have Andrus as a coach? As for Waco, I was in Texas (Killeen) last weekend attending my sons Rock Climbing Champioships in 100 degree heat. At least I didn't have to caddie (thank goodness). Kids are the best experience in the...
