I had my half shaft bolts as well as fluids changed at Fox Valley Motorcars (The Lotus and Lambo dealer) in West Chicago. Got my bolts from Accufab. Sure they cost me a few bucks but it gives me peace of mind.

Who are these GT guys from DEtroit ? Do they have a Web site ? Thanks.

Don't get me wrong. I appreciate your suggestions and the forum,but: What if the work was not done by a Ford dealer? Some of us are wary of taking our cars to Ford dealerships,including myself. If I were to get the work done I would try not to use a Ford tech unless he had worked on these cars...

Are these the original bolts ? Did they come with paint marks like on these ? Or do these look like a tech marked them ?

So I just bought a used GT. How do I know if the previous owner had it done if I cannot contact him. Should I just take the car to the dealer nearby ?

Can somebody repost these. I actually went and bought the workshop manual but I cannot find the instructions in there either. I found everything else in minute detail but no oil change instructions. I have been looking in the manual for 1 hour. Is the oil change info a secret ?

So somebody said the Mcintosh unit plays MP3s if burned to a CD-r ? Or did I read that wrong ?

I guess I am ignorant but the search does not like the use of "AUX". Too few characters.

So where is this aux plug for the Mcintosh ? I cannot find it in my manual or car ? I sure hoped the unit would play MP3s but it seems many high end units don't. Anyone have a theory here.
