I'm pretty sure this meltdown will drag on for a number of years. Very depressing.

Last week the contractor I used on my shop called asking me if I wanted to buy his two old bathtub Porsches. He then tells me he's selling his building, his home etc.

Today I hear from a tenant that he's closing down. The business has been around for nearly 50 year.

I don't think there is any quick fix for the situation we've put ourselves in.
