What should my boost gauge read?

I bought a 139 mile Black GT from Shelby last fall. Previously I have owned two other GTs. Since it really wasn't sports car weather here in N Idaho I spent the winter installing varous mods including a 2.7" pulley and tune from Torrie. Now that I am driving the car it feels a lot weaker than my prevous GT with pulley and (the same) tune. I am seeing about 13psi on the boost gauge. We are at 2100' MSL and it was 80F. The turbine powered aircraft I have owned all have a "power assurance chart" that give the kind of information I am looking for but nothing like that exists for the GT. I am not even sure if the GT boost guage is a direct reading of manifold pressure or a calculated value.

The supercharger bypass is operating and disconnecting it made no difference.

What values are others seeing on their boost gauges under similiar conditions (2100' elevation and 80F)?

Thanks

Mike
