I am a new member and appreciate the great information I've gotten from the knowledgeable folks here on the Forum. I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with the waterless car products on the market.

That's funny.

Ok.

Here is what I use. Both are good followed up with a detail spray.

Waterless is the way to go unless your car is covered in mud and rocks. I have used water on my car about 3 times. Keep it clean as possible, use waterless car wash. Only problem is if you have a black FGT. Then just looking at it makes it dirty.

Adams makes a great product.

no water wash

Yes, I am the king of no water! It's good to be the king of something.

I use a wax duster mop to remove all loose dirt on the exterior then I use Adams Detail Spray with a microfiber towel.http://www.adamspolishes.com

I use tap water in a spray bottle with elbow grease on the glass but sometimes I'll use a paste glass cleaner if there is any oily buildup.

I use Febreze (from my wife's house cleaning collection) on the wheels, underbody, brakes, engine compartment, interior, etc. Nice scent also.

Every few drives (or after every track event) I lift the car on jack stands, pull the wheels off & use Febreze & elbow grease everywhere.

I can get all the bugs off with the Adams but about 20% of rubber, etc marks on the rocker panels won't come off. I use a non-abrasive paste cleaner like Black Magic for those.

My paint is nice with no scratches & no water spots in hard-to-get places!

+1 for Adams plus he's a super nice guy. I had the pleasure of parkng my car in Adams garage last year and helping him detail my car over several cold ones. Came out stunning.

I have used pretty much the entire line of both Adams & Griots.

They both have great quality products.

You can't go wrong with either.

If you are patient, they periodically have a 15% discount sale.

Products I love using:

Adams
1. Waterless carwash - followed by,
2. Adams Detail spray
3. Adams Buttery Wax
4. Adams (VRT) Vinyl, Rubber, Tire dressing - NO petroleum

Griots
1. Griots Wheel Cleaner - green, Approved by BBS
2. Griots Carpet cleaner - best stuff ever
3. Griots Interior cleaner
