My advice, go to the dealer, meet the service adviser then go back and look at the shop and talk to the tech that would potentially be working on your car. Looks mean a lot, if the guy is dirty and looks like a grease monkey, RUN AWAY! Keep in mind no matter how well intentioned and professional the service adviser is, it has no bearing whatsoever on the tech or the shop, unfortunately in my experience the service adviser was an unwilling middle man stuck between me and a sloppy tech.
