The Painted Brake Option…?

I do not understand what the painted brake option was.....?

My car is tungsten with matching tungsten calipers.
Is my car stock or does it have the painted break option ?

A car on ebay says 4 option and it has tungsten calipers.

The caliper color choices from the factory were black, grey or red. Black was the standard color. A car with grey or red calipers would be considered a car with the painted caliper option.
