No dealership can own a NGT. The dealership owner can personally own one. I'm quite confident a Ford dealership owner would not break their word/contract with Ford.

Yup, I got the sense it was Mr. Click's personal GT. It's just when I see something in a dealership, I often assume it's going to be up for sale formally or informally. Sounds like this will not be the case, which is a good thing. Hurts a little inside to see a few of the new Ford GT's trading hands.
