Pathologists don't work with nurses (at least not live ones). UNOS (United Network for Organ Sharing) has not quite had to reach to e-bay yet, but prisons are looking better everyday. And it's a "unit" of blood (about 350cc), and did you guys know the the first unit you donate is pitched, no matter what? That's to avoid the "window period" of any infectious diseases. And it's currently against federal law to sell any parts until the ban is lifted. However, they did lift the ban on large pistol clips, so organs can't be far behind.
