Hi Guy's

I'm 6'3" and find my car a little tight on headroom. Are there any aftermarket seat bracket kits to lower the seat ? Thanks for the help:thumbsup

sent mine to shadowman and got the seat itself lowered about an 1.5 inches .I'm 6'4 it helped a bunch.

I had mine lowered as well - added similar headroom. I'd call Shadowman, or roketman for the contact of the fellow who does it. Mine are perfect.

I would suggest sending it to Knights Autoworks, Steve Hemstock. Ph#715-702-2727. He has done many seats by removing the foam. Excellent work. You'll be hard pressed to know it wasn't stock. He also does a "wideman" seat.

Has anyone done the wideman seat you know of, as I'm curious how it worked/what was done. I could use a few more inches of width on the seat back personally.

I've had it done on both my cars. They work great! Still have support, but much more comfortable. I've had other (not so wide) people in my car and they have only noticed the height difference.

Mine were lowered by removing the foam. Here are some pictures of the headroom that you will gain.
