why you taking them off?

I want to go lower as the perfectly reasonable drop these provide is not enough for my stupidity.

I had to work quite a bit with the Penske guys to develop a few variants of the Murcielago suspension (again came with a reasonable drop but I wanted more).

For those of you who want to lower your cars significantly below stock: Remember that lowering the suspension without raising the spindles will change the roll center of the suspension. You could end up increasing the roll of the car, even though you lowered it. You also limit suspension travel before hitting the bump stops.

The right way to do this consists of raising the spindles in the steering knuckle, which for these cars probably requires custom design, fabrication, and machining at significant expense. Unless you understand clearly what you want to achieve by lowering, and know and are willing to accept the tradeoffs, you are better off leaving it near the stock ride height.

Pulling these off the car tomorrow so I lowered the price. Will be able to ship immediately.

At this point, probably have around 100 miles on the coilovers.

Price lowered to $4500. Killer deal for virtually new Penske coilovers.

Installed with intention of driving across the country. Ended up shipping the car and transporter screwed up so I cancelled the trip. Car was shipped back and when it arrived my prototype coilovers were waiting to be installed (and immediately were). So these are virtually new.
