There are some youtube grabber programs. Go for the high definition option and then use the grabber to copy it to a local drive, then use a dvd burn program and you are done.

RealMedia (realplayer??) works well to download. And it's free without being pirated. What silverbullitt said, get the HQ version started BEFORE you start your download.
