New Viper-Detroit news tonite

I heard an announcement on Detroit TV Tonite (December 1) that Dodge will do a new Viper and it will be ''all new and unique'' and not based on any FIAT platform.
I then received 2 emails from others asking me about it...
can't find any details.
Is this 'old news' or really something useful.?? The TV clip showed a new (2010) Viper
being driven onto a stage at an auto-show...somewhere.
Any update?

Real old--unveiled at VOI --Utah in September. They say 2012 more likely 2013. Believe it when I see it.
