Just got notification from state of South Carolina that I have been approved for my 3rd. choice of a plate.
"FRD GT". Someone got my first choice which was of course "FORD GT". I thought my chances of getting that were almost nill. I was correct. Now must wait 6 to 8 weeks for it to arrive.
By the way, no front license plates required in S.C.
This car was not designed for front plates. Anyone using them? Got pics?
Received my 1:12 scale model and it clearly states "concept" on the box. Details only fair, paint job has chips, all in all it's fun and my wife let me put it on the fire place platform so I can look at it when I watch TV.
GT's are clearly addictive. I look forward to the days when I am driving mine. As one ages, ones priorities change!
