New Boss 302? GT500?

Got a private cash offer from Ford. It specifically mentions 2015 and 2016 models and has exclusions for Raptor, Focus RS, Mustang GT350, Mustang GT500, and Mustang Boss 302. Not sure if any of the GT500s were considered 2015s, but the Boss 302 last year was 2013. I doubt Ford is sneaking out a few more performance models this year, but strange they would specifically put them in the disclaimer.

Some have read into this an announcement of a new model Boss 302 and GT500. Here's what I think it is. The vehicle list presented is the "SVT vehicle" list, Note if you read the whole thing it mentions the A/Z/D plans which also exclude the same vehicles. My guess is whoever wrote it copied the SVT list without thinking of which vehicles are no longer in production. Looks to me like a double fault: Editor copied something and proofreader assumed it was correct.

I don't see this as a "leak" announcement of things to come. After all, it's only good until the end of May. This kind of offer is to cull out vehicles that have been on dealer lots for a while.
