Can one of the Nevada GT Owners please tell me what you pay to the Nevada DMV for registration on your 2005 GT?
Thanks.

Registration

The cost to register my 06 in Reno was $1608.00. $1575.00 of that is basic government service tax for Washoe county (which is a tax deduction) and $33.00 for the renewal.

Jim, remember I looked into this. Over a 6 year period, the NV costs will exceed CA fees. If I remember correctly, NV was one of the 3 highest rates in the nation.

What you should do is become a Dealer/Wholesaler. You have plenty of space and business reason to do so. Dealer plates are soooooo nice from what I hear.....

Too bad you can't register the car in Washington St., 'King! :willy

Here, a GT's 'tabs are no more than anyone else's car. As I recall, mine were somewhere around $70.00 ($35 std fee + $35-$40 or so for "personalized plates"). :biggrin

Nevada Registration

We paid something like $1900 for registering our 2005 GT in 07.
Our 05' Continental GT was $25.00 to register in Tennessee.
Some people in Vegas do Montana LLCs for about $1000. and then register them for next to nothing. This is why so many RVs in Nevada have Montana license plates!
