For those who don't know the Canadian GT did not come with a Mac radio. I would consider putting one in if I could correct model. Does anyone know if the Mac model was made exclusive for FGT or was it used in other Ford products?

This specific one was made for the GT. Mcintosh has a similar model that they offer. The headunit is a preamp unit, so you would need an amp to make it work.

If you go to the McIntosh website, you'll find what you need for head unit and amp. The door speakers are Mac as well, but the subwoofer is made by someone else. Wiring harness will be different too.
