looking for input on single post lift. Thread moved and closed

I am looking into getting a single post lift and was wondering if any of you had any suggestions on which kind or one i should get.. I have herd of the ones with arms and the ones that have platforms. The arm one i am worried of the hanging of the tires for long periods of time and jack points on the frame. The ones with platforms i am thinking i still have to jack up the car to work on it. Any thoughts or help guys?
