Alright, here are some hospitality pics. Ford did an awesome job again this year. We had the main hospitality at raccordement, the hospitality out in the woods, and the pit suites above the garages. The hospitality at raccordement was full of Ford guests all weekend. Edsel Ford II acted as host, Henry was around most of the weekend, AJ Foyt was there most of the weekend. It was really surreal, AJ just sat on a stool, had a few beers and bullshitted for hours with GT guys. I was laying on a bean bag watching Special K and 07XL0027 have beers and talk with Foyt for a loooong time.

Lots of lovely French girls on staff.
And some pretty amusing Brits manning the hospitality shop
The young lady on the left, Carrie Russell, is extremely helpful and part of the brains of the operation. She is the best.

Appreciated the posts Since I couldn't make it this year.
The hospitality on the Mulsanne, le Maison de Peupliers. A really great spot to watch. Much improved logistics this year getting to and from. Truly out in the pitch black forest, and it was extra cool this year now that the LMP2 cars have such massive straight line speed entering that braking zone.
The tents in the distance are about 10 feet back off the Mulsanne just entering the chicane.

I was doing okay on not being there...until this latest set of pics. Clearly as much or more fun/access/legend gazing than last year.

IMO, Foyt might be best all around driver ever and I know some drivers who would agree. I also like that green dial, Rolex GMT Master ll he's got on his wrist.
