Kip Ewing Arm Rest Removal HELP

Does anyone know how to separate the arm rest from the base? There are two latches and I cannot figure out how to do it. I have the full carbon tunnel and the armrest is not a drop in like pictured in the link below.

I would like to send off to Knights to do in Alcantara.

Have you removed the whole cf console?

No, I was hoping I wouldn't have to.

I think you have to remove the whole console to get it free. Not a hard job, just use lots of blue tape. Removing the emergency brake housing is probably the hardest thing. Do a search. It's here on the Forum someplace.

Mine were installed with strong adhesive. You will need to remove the tunnel. [emoji30]
