2005 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Twin Turbo V-12
I wish I had gotten more detailing pictures but did not have the time. The customer loved it so I'm sure I'll see it again and then I'll get some great shots.
Secured by tires on all four corners with a polyester V-Bridle for winching (Loosened prior to transport). Look at how much room there is next to the car. This vehicle has a tow eyelet location on the front fascia but being as anal I am with cars I decided not to touch the cover or move it in any way to prevent any unnecessary contact between the small cover's edges and the fascia, plus, I don't need to worry about anything happening to the cover. There were T-Hook locations inboard of the wheels from the factory and I used them for their designed purpose and it all worked great. All straps are Vulcan Pro-Series H.D. and are some of the best out there. No expense spared, that's for sure.
Arrived at the customer's house and I am releasing the rear tire straps.
Holding the winch cable up so it does fray over the diamond plate ramp edge while yet making sure the V-bridle does not touch the front fascia (Winching continuing by remote fob).
Parking brake set and V-bridle removed.
Nice easy angle for the SL65 to get in and out of the trailer. I have many sets of different low profile race ramps (Scale ramps, long and short) to further accommodate lower vehicles. But notice this one is a short wheelbase and is slammed to the ground in front and lowered in the rear which cleared easily without any additional ramping.
