Intermittant sound from speakers (MAC) Solution

While the Joyride GT was under my care we had an issue with intermittent sound from the right side speakers. I removed the door panel and began searching for the problem which ultimately turned out to be a broken leg on a capacitor in the crossover. Fortunately I was able to re-solder the broken leg. I also added some adhesive silicone to prevent what I believe caused the issue in the first place - Vibration fatigued the metal leg and caused the failure.

Great information.

Nice to see that Mac/Ford are using capacitors source from China. :lol
