identify this screw please

can someone tell me what size and spec this screw is and where I can get.

this is what happened to my bumper delete piece visible from the outside....

and apparently the screw that was in here (look sideways) rattled off causing it..

It's the same as the one on the other end. :lol

its a "lost screw" technically which has a whole different meaning
