I bought a Countach. Anyone else own one that can give me some tuning advice?

Hello, I bought a 1987 Countach GV. I think that the power is down. When I look under the rear passenger quarter there is an aluminum box with a red and a green led light on it. The red light is on. I am assuming this is the ECM? Does anyone know anything about these things. I think it is in limp mode?
Thanks ,
Rob

Cool looking, now becoming Classic, steering by "arm strong". They are going to get expensive in the coming years.
