My wife was in my home office a little while ago. My beagle, who is 11, generally sits in here and sleeps in here also. He has diabetes of some form and also has trembers from time to time. She noted how old he was looking and wandered what we were going to do with him when the time came. Burying him in the back yard is not an option with this house as the yard is too small and I wouldn't want to hit the sprinkler system. I told her we should probably have him creamated. She gave me a nasty look.
So I said,do you want to be buried or creamated? She said, probably buried. I said, dead or alive? She let me get right back to work.

Was re-arranging the Garage over the weekend and told my neighbor, One of these days we have to go for a ride before something happens to one of us.... He said if he kicks the bucket before the ride to just put some of his ashes in the gas tank and then to go for a cruise....

Now that's how I want to be disposed of......:thumbsup

I've worked out how and where I want to die (suite 14, Savoy Hotel, face down in a 27 year old Czechoslovakian blonde escort), but in terms of actual disposal, I haven't got around to considering that.

Perhaps as some sort of sandwich filling served to the mourners?

I should also like a monument of some description, possibly sponsored by Kleenex (I'm assuming a regular and tearful crowd).

So pretty traditional from me then. :biggrin

I've been saying for years that I have no intention whatsoever to partiscipate in the "death thing". But, should I somehow, thru some trickery or another, be forced into it, I have made it know that I want the biggest "U-Haul" truck that company can provide following the hearse with banners on either side that read: "Yup. I AM taking it with me." :bored

Spike Milligan (a well known and much loved British comedian) had on his grave stone:

My screen name would be appropreiate on the stone. If it is up to me; and I guess it is, I'd like to be put down like Willie the Wimp. (let the googling begin)
