Central FL GT owners should seriously consider Heritage Ford in Wesley Chapel for servicing needs . I had an oddball "chirp" when starting up cold that they correctly traced (first time) to a bad accessory belt. This was repaired within 24 hours and my car was kept inside and covered at all times. The entire staff service staff and management were GT friendly and competent.

Belts chirp

My chirp appeared to be from a nick in the belt (this is the long belt) in the ouside edge --almost like someone pried it on with a spart edged screwdriver . Why the noise went away with heat is unknown.
