They are usually sold as cab and frame for heavy commercial vehicles (e.g., service with a tool box rear end, tow trucks, etc.) I've seen them set up with a camper like end with along with a 5th wheel tow. I think there is a company that comes to Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale that builds vehicles based on the 650.

Except as it sits in the pic, the beds tend to be too high for a 5th wheel.

Very cool truck for sure. International is the only comparable, the CXT

along with a 5th wheel tow. .

I said 5th wheel but really meant more like the hookup used for semi-trailers. There is one of these with a huge horse trailer running around (well, I should say was because it was in Colorado).
