This woman is also 51. She is Nigella Lawson... a TV cook, who eats meat, butter, chocolate and desserts... and, she washes it all down with wine!

Maybe the first one needs a better hairstylist that can do a better job than the one she has. A bit to scraggely for our tastes and certainly would not be invited to the Side Door for a drink with us! Our vote is for the 2nd one!

It's a little more (but not much more) complicated than that. See Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. To the base he should have added air, sleep and excretion.
