Brand new, never used Laser Interceptor Dual head (NOT the high power version). Box only opened to check contents.
This is THE best and most effective laser jammer on the market and proven by multiple independent tests.
Only selling because my new daily will be a BMW which uses different heads. Not installing it in the GT as I don't drive that car often enough to warrant the use.

This retails for $550. $500 shipped in CONUS. Open to offers.
Buyer's responsibility to check legality in their respective state.

"He" as in Radar Roy?
BTW, Blinders are total crap. Their firmware doesn't even recognize some of the most commonly used lasers used in California.

I participated in a 'laser shootout' last year with some of the guys on the radardetector forum (yes, they have those too:)). These guys are seriously hardcore. They purchase used laser guns for testing purposes.

The testing site was a clear, flat loading dock about 800 feet long. Clear shot for the lasers, safe for the drivers and no chance of encountering pedestrians, oncoming cars, LEO's.

The state of the art laser guns were there, and more importantly, the ones used most frequently in my state (California).

Results were impressive to say the least. Black car, low profile, properly installed diodes = several jam-to-gun's.

To get even geek-ier, this is a spreadsheet of the results. Black 911 with dual front head Laser Interceptor is almost invincible:) Numbers indicate distance from the gun to getting a reading (i.e. lower number indicates better jamming). JTG=Jam To Gun (i.e. gun could NOT get a reading on the car at all).

Yeah Roy.

I would think the FGT is exactly the kind of car that needs this?

What would be involved to mount on the Gt without boring holes in stuff? Please describe what's involved to mount up in the Gt?

I might want it?

Yeah Roy.

Probably. If some one gave me a unit for free, I would install it. But it isn't cheap and would be better utilized on a more frequently driven car.
My ticket history NEVER (knock on wood) involves the 'fun' car. Always my DD or my wife's SUV.
Of course, now I'll get a ticket in the GT....

Couldn't tell you specifically what's involved with installing it in a GT, but the wires can usually be run from the two heads up front and into the cabin without drilling anything.
The 'kill' switch is another story. That will need to be installed somewhere and would need to be mounted via drilling, be it the center tunnel, steering column, or wherever you prefer. Perhaps it is possible to install it without drilling (maybe some industrial 3M double sided tape??)
You can see in the video I posted that I installed it under the e-brake in the center console.

I put the Escort radar/Laser shifter kit in the GT and it was not too hard. It is probably obsolete now but seems to work. The head slips in the dash right over the stearing wheel. The rear unit mounts on the license plate as normal. The front units are all mounted on a flat aluminum piece I made to fit across the grill opening at the top and mount using the three screws that are already there. There are no holes in the car body. Stuff a piece of foam weather strip in the space between the metal plate and the body to keep crap from collecting in there. The wires all route along the right side and the module and extra wire is ti-wrapped to the cooling tubes behind the right front wheel and inside the covers. I had to make one hole into the footwell area where the fuse panel is to get the head connected but it was no big deal because I had to drill two other holes for all the traction control wiring. HeHe.
