Ford GT Rally on Edmunds' Inside Line!!!

Just a quick note to say that the Ford GT Owners' Rally story is LIVE ON EDMUNDS' INSIDE LINE. :banana If you go to the Inside Line home page right now you will see it in the main photo flipper (second image after the Volvo story). Or you can go straight to the story:

As of 6 p.m. (Pacific Time) the associated video still hasn't posted. But it should post any moment. I would suggest checking back until the video is up, as that's really the best part of the story (the text and photos just give people a landing page from which to launch the video). If you attended the Rally you might even see yourself...(or at least your car).

I couldn't get GT Joey, or Jamal, or Kip, or Chris Theodore, or several other people in the final interview cut. Our videos typically run 3 minutes, because past experience in this area suggests 3 minutes is about as long as the average online viewer lasts in a video experience. Personally, I could handle a 20 minute "GT Owner Rally" video...but I may be biased...

Regardless, the video came out really well. Happy to hear feedback on it.

Same message here...tried it with Safari, Firefox and IE. Some of the other videos aren't working either though so it's not just this one...just have to wait!

I hope they fit in that shot of me and the SRT-10C driving down Woodward. Too bad the C6Z turned the street before. What would the odds of that shot have been!

I think it's time for a "Fabulous Ford GT" video, with all the Edmunds' GT videos strung together on one glorious DVD. In a perfect world we'd do an expanded Rally video with all the interviewees and lots more rally footage (we've got enough for an easy 10-minute video).

Thanks to those who took the time for our interviews, and thanks to all for putting up with our camera crew running around the event.

Wow! I have never seen more than 2 GTs anywhere at any given time...an entire parking lot of these cars...unbelievable.

Is there any chance of the rest of the footage, even raw, to be compiled and available either as a download or a purchaseable (sp?) DVD?

It is a well compiled clip. Narrator has a great voice, and the editing truly makes a pinpoint focus upon the car.
