Its done in a remote highway. Close to traffic. 35 secs at 225mph would cover a distance of 2.2miles almost 1 football field/ sec.

Very stout motor!

It's our plan to organize a Hawaiian Rally some time in the future and take our FGTs on the Superferry between the Islands. :banana Hope you can join us then.

Pulley change, dyno-tuned to C116 race fuel, revs up to 7200rpm, Modified air box & Motul 300V 5W40 double ester Oil. Dyno result 680 whp at 7000 rpm & 598 ft/lbs torque at 5700 rpm. Sweet sweet car Mark IV Red 05 model. The car is in the Philippines. Thanks!

Ps: I felt the speedo max out at 360kph/ 225mph.

how accurate do you think your speedo is? with 875 miles on the odometer at 200 mph on GPS mine was off by 2% bone stock. my speed was inaccurately reading 204 mph. are you running stock height tires?

Hi Fast Freddy, yes stock BBS wheels, mine has 1800+ on it. Manufactured Jan,05 got it November 05. Haven't compared w/ GPS my guess as compared on several run w/ Porsche, Audi & other Japanese Cars seems OK, probably 5% difference Max. Unlike the Italian Lamborghini'S speedo !0% higher readings.

'First thing that popped into my head...2nd was speedo error or recalibration...3rd was Stillen 3.90's w/o recalibration!:biggrin

I not trying to say the car wasn't doin' what you claim it was doin', but, from the camera's location it's hard/impossible to get a good reference as to how quickly any close stationary objects might be going by to help confirm same.

But then, I'm a totally hopeless skeptic about most things anyway. :cheers

(Absolutely no offense intended. 'Hope none was taken, sir.)
