I should have been an appraiser. How grand is it to get paid for your opinion? You can't be wrong, after all it is YOUR opinion. A joke I heard......In a classroom the leader asked groups of 2 in various professions how much was 2+2. 2 scientists stated they would need to know more about what each 2 was composed of...molecules etc. 2 lawyers said they would check precedence, case studies etc. 2 appraisers quickly turned off the lights, drew the curtains....whispered in the leaders ear "How much does it need to be?":rofl
