Over the weekend we can across some interesting production changes. Some you might know , maybe others would be interesting to know!:thumbsup
vin 188 2005 early car , when you turn on the lights at nite, the defroster switch glows amber instead of the traditional white/blue on the rest of the dash, crazy daves early car 110 or so did the same, legend has it early cars used the proto switches till they ran out in the production cars.:thumbsup SO CHECK YOUR DASH LITE EARLY GT GOERS YOU MIGHT HAVE PROTO SWITCHES FOR POSTERITY.:thumbsup
Next the little tranny bypass pipe , early ones are stainless steel pipe,SOLID PIPE, late changed to braided flex as seen by the MANY, MANY TRANNY COOLERS THE GUYS WERE INSTALLING.:thumbsup
Do not know how deep in production the the pipe changed , but when we have the 30th aniversary concours d elegants , concours rules will have to allow for both pipes in the rule books:lol:lol:lol
