I thought it was a nice presentation to see the whole course...imagine driving in the old days when they ran the 1000Km sports car race there!!! Would wear me out.

Viewed an old recording today of Tanner Foust in a DBS at the 'Ring. Don't think TF had near the speed of this fellow.

I remember - and it was a great drive.

I posted this mainly to show the track at speed, not the car - it's narrow with a lot of elevation changes, blind corners, and lots of forest. When I went around it in 1962, there was no Armco - if you went off the road, you wound up in the trees.
